Kelly, William passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on January 27th 2013 in Richmond B.C. William was predeceased by his son Andrew in 2002. He is survived by a loving family, his dear wife Margaret, daughter Anne Marie, and by his sons Liam and Anthony also by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday Feb 4th at 1:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church 2250- 150th St South Surrey B.C. Viewing will be at 12:00-12:45 Father Stanley Galvon and Father Mario Fernandes con-celebrants.  Interment at Gardens of Gethsemani Surrey, B.C.
