Wayne Cameron

It is with immense sorrow that we say goodbye to an incredible husband, loving dad, brother, son, uncle, and friend. 

Wayne passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle with cancer on February 22nd, 2025 at Melville Hospice in White Rock, B.C.

Wayne was born in Sherbrooke, Québec and was so excited to move to the West Coast in 1979. He married the love of his life Nicole, and they spent 52 beautiful years together. 

He was smart, loving, bon vivant, kind, generous, an innovator, and an amazing chef. He was well respected and everybody who met him loved him.  Wayne always worked hard to support his family and even opened his own business Kitsilano Cyber Café in 1997 to blend his love of hospitality and computers. 

He leaves his wife Nicole, his two children Shawn (Chrissy) and Sophie, his beautiful granddaughter Matilda, his loving brother Gary (Jacynthe) and his niece Melissa and nephew Michael, and his precious little furry boy Cohiba. 

Wayne’s light and love will remain forever with us.
