Passed away suddenly on January 30, 2016 in New Westminster at the age of 87. Predeceased by his wife Shirley, on August 1, 2004. He is survived by and lovingly remembered by daughter Heather (Greg) Riddell, son Bruce (Sharon) and grandchildren Noelle and Thomas. He also leaves his companion, Jean Hodson and her family. He was a kind and gentle man who loved his family with all his heart. He leaves many close friends and will be forever remembered and missed.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 335 Seventh Street, New Westminster. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army or Union Gospel Mission in his name.
