Sadly, Tamara leaves behind 3 children - Kayla (Jordan), Hope and Richard, her mother Patricia, brothers Chad (Sue) and Guy (Natalie), two grandchildren Jace and Freya, 2 uncles and many cousins.
Tamara was born Tama Jacy Johnson in Vancouver, BC, and was adopted December 5th, 1978 by Patricia and Keith Thomas at 21 months of age and came home to Enderby, BC to two brothers Chad and Guy and instantly loved her brothers and looked up to them. Her name was changed to Tamara Patricia Thomas as she was now part of our family. She was always a feisty child with a good sense of humor.
Even though she had difficulties in her life she managed very well in many areas of her life. Her eldest daughter carries very fond memories of her mother from her childhood and young adult years. She will be missed by her children and all her family who loved her very much.
She loved horse and for many years belonged to a horse club where she rode every weekend. In her later years she almost always had a dog by her side. During the past number of years she had limited contact with her family and on December 28th, 2024, went to her forever home with God.
