Ronnie (Boxcar) passed away unexpectedly on February 7, 2023, at home at the age of 81. He will be lovingly remembered by Beverly (wife of 57 yrs.), Joelle (daughter), Brenda (daughter) Roman (grandson), Vilma (sister), and many families, neighbours and friends.
Ronnie was a teacher for 33 years at John Oliver Secondary, an avid gardener, traveler extraordinaire, MENSA-level intelligence, fashion superstar, respectable golfer, skilled fisherman, a winning baseball and basketball coach and a guiding light to many.
His daughters admire his big protective heart, his patience and understanding and his respectable family values which have made us the extraordinary women we have become today.
Ronnie was so proud when he became a Nonno. He has a unique and limitless bond with his grandson.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 17th at 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 2025 Napier Street in Vancouver. Refreshments to follow.
