It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia, peacefully, at home on Christmas morning, in the loving presence of her family. Patricia was born in London England. She was predeceased by her dear husband Jack, in 2008.  Patricia met Jack during the war years at a dance at Covent Garden, fell in love with him and moved to Canada as a war bride in 1946. She is survived by her devoted children, sons Denis and John (Julie), daughters Louise McLay (Terry), and Michelle Marshall (Roger). Her grandchildren Kevin, Kara, Fiona, Caitlin, Emily, Elizabeth, Kathleen and Allyson were the light of her life. She is also survived by her sisters Denise and Mary in San Diego, Michelle and Margaret in England, brother in law Bill (Daph), and many nieces and nephews.
Patricia was the foundation of our family life. As a devoted Mom she provided great care, love and guidance. She was passionate about music, enjoyed singing and dancing. Throughout her life, Patricia travelled extensively with her husband Jack. They loved to take cruises, go on road trips or travel to San Diego to visit her sisters. However, Patricia’s greatest joy was spending time at home with her family sharing stories, laughing and enjoying quite moments.
A special thank you goes out to her devoted care givers Norma and Alma.
