Amit Krishnan Mudliar, known affectionately as Kris, passed away on August 14, 2023, in New Westminster, British Columbia, at the age of 41. He was born on February 8, 1982, in Vancouver, BC. Kris was a beloved individual who touched the lives of many with his humor, love, and selflessness.

Kris had a heart of gold and always put others before himself. He had a passion for helping the world and was known for his kindness and generosity. He had a great sense of humor and could always bring a smile to anyone's face. Kris had a particular love for Batman and Knight Rider and enjoyed collecting items such as Hot Wheels, cereal boxes, and pop figures. Christmas was his favorite holiday because it gave him an opportunity to bring joy to others through thoughtful gifts.

In addition to his interests, Kris was a dog lover and had a special bond with these furry companions. He had an unbreakable spirit and was a best friend and supporter to everyone he knew.

Kris is survived by his father, Vic, his mother, Ambilika, his sisters Michelle and Natalia, his brothers Noah, Zachary, Israel, his daughters Shoshawna, Emma, and Egypt, his stepdaughter Alandra, his stepson Xio, and his loving wife Ann. He cherished his family deeply and was a pillar of strength for them.

Professionally, Kris had a successful career in the Cannabis Industry. He owned one of the first dispensaries in Vancouver and ran a mom and pop shop called Cannpassion. His dedication and passion for his work made him a respected figure in the industry.

In memory of Kris, contributions can be made to the Liver and Kidney foundations. These organizations were close to his heart, and any support would be greatly appreciated.

Amit Krishnan Mudliar, or Kris as he was fondly known, will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His infectious smile and loving nature will forever be remembered. May his soul rest in peace.
