With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, son, brother, and uncle Mario Nicola Santorelli.  

Mario passed away peacefully on December 13, 2022, with his family by his side, in Vancouver at the age of 46 years.  

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Romina, daughter Selicia, parents Salvatore and Illuminata, sister Celeste (Dave), brother Sebastian (Ginger), nephews Johnny and Massimo, nieces Samantha and Vienna, sister-in-law Teresa (Claudio) Santarossa and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.  

His passion was always carrying on with Italian traditions such as making wine, sausages, prosciutto, and salami.  Whenever you walked into his home you got a taste of Italy.  

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church 525 South Slocan Street, Vancouver, BC.  Entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park-South Mausoleum, Burnaby, BC.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Society.
