Maria was born on May 31st 1935 in Covao Da Carvalha, Mira De Aire, Portugal. At age 86 she died peacefully with her children at her side on September 30th 2021. She now joins the love of her life and late husband Agostinho Inacio Martins and is survived by five children, nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She touched many lives with her love and generosity, and was always there to give a helping hand, cook you a great meal or to be friend when needed.
On Wednesday October 13th friends and family are invited to attend a prayer service, held at 10:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30am at the Our Lady of Fatima Portuguese Parish located at 1423 East 13th Avenue, Vancouver B.C.
