MARGARET ELLEN ELIZA ROBINSON (STEWARD)
March 29, 1920 -June 22, 2018

The family of Margaret Robinson announce her passing on June 22, 2018 in Aldergrove, British Columbia. She was born the third of seven children to Frederick George Steward and Catherine Henrietta (nee Murphy) in Drumheller, Alberta on March 29, 1920. She met the love of her life, Byron and on June 2, 1943 they were married in Vancouver, B.C. They spent all their years living and working together raising their children in Vancouver/North Vancouver, British Columbia. Mom is missed and lovingly remembered by ten of her children: Frederick Michael (Charlotte), Patricia, Terrance (Kathy), Gregory, Peggy, Daniel (Les), George (Deanna), Theresa (Norm), Alan (Janet), Helen (Tim). 25 grandchildren and 33 great grand children and 4 great-great grandchildren of whom she was so proud.  Her two sisters, Catherine and Agnes (Art), sister-in-law Joan, nieces and nephews and a lifetime of extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Byron Winston Robinson in 1999 and two sons, Byron James Robinson (Jacquie) in 2006, Clyde John Robinson (Isabelle) in 2016, also her parents Frederick George Steward-1978 and Catherine Henrietta (Murphy) Steward-1976 as well 4 brothers James Frederick Steward-1988, George John Steward (Claire)-1991, Frederick Owen Steward-1989 and Michael John Steward (Joan)-2007, also her brother in law, Timothy Bernard Sullivan (Catherine)-2017, and other family members that passed before her. Prayers will be held at St. Matthews Roman Catholic Church 16079 88th Ave., Surrey, B.C. on Tuesday, July 3,2018 at 8 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Matthews on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 11:30 a.m.  Officiated by Fr. Joseph Hieu Nguyen. Interment will follow Funeral Mass at Gardens of Gethsemani at 15800 32 Ave, Surrey, B.C. V3S 9V1. In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Matthews School 16079 88th Avenue, Surrey, B.C.
