Kathleen Sarah Barkasy (nee Birch) passed away peacefully on January 10th, 2011. Predeceased by husband Arthur in 2002.  Lovingly remembered by children Bronwyn Barkasy (Bob), Timothy Barkasy (Mia), Carmen Barkasy, Bernadette Barkasy (Greg),  grandchildren Aisha, Alec, McKinnley, Heath, Amalia, Jude, and Sophie. Also leaves to mourn sisters Patricia, Dianne, and brother Dennis. Our Mother’s generous spirit and unconditional love to each and every one of us will reign in our hearts and souls forever.

Funeral mass will be held on Monday, January 24th, at 11:00AM at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church located at 2028 West 7th Avenue, Vancouver, BC  V6J 1T4.  Reception to follow.
