Hayek, Joseph born in Lebanon on July 15,1924 passed away peacefully on September 30, 2012 at the age of 88 in Burnaby. He leaves behind his loving wife Chouaa, daughter Fadia, son Fady, Sid and Ron and 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.  Prayers will be held on Wednesday, October 3rd at 7:00 pm at Columbia-Bowell Chapel, 219 6th Street, New Westminster with Funeral Mass at St. Francis de Sales Church, 6610 Balmoral Street, Burnaby on Thursday, October 4th at 11:30 am, Fr.Maximos Basha, OSBC, Celebrant.
