Jae Woon Kim

It is with sadness that we share the passing of Jae Woon Kim. He died peacefully after a short hospital stay at the age of 89. Jae is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Myung Hi Kim and his daughter, Mijin Kim, son in law Rob Holmes and his beloved grandchildren Oscar and Eloise. He is also survived by his son Charl and his children. 

Jae immigrated from South Korea in 1967 and lived in North Vancouver until his death. He loved the outdoors, golfing, and was actively involved in his church for this entire life. We thank the doctors and nurses at Lions Gate Hospital for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Vancouver Hanin Church.
