Ian Scott Wright

It is with great sadness that we let you know of the passing of Ian Scott Wright.

Ian was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to many.

So many people have expressed that Ian was a gentleman with a winning smile and a great sense of humour. Ian was also a talented carpenter and wonderful with woodcarving. Ian was predeceased by his oldest son, Ian Jr. He leaves behind his son Wayne, his daughter Sue, stepson James and stepdaughter Cheryl, grandchildren Amanda, Robert, Thomas and Nicole. We all have good memories to cherish.

 Ian suffered with Alzheimer’s and as Cheryl said, “Dad is out of that prison now.” As much as we wish Ian was still with us, it is nice to know he is free from this horrible disease. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Alzheimer Society of B.C.

 With a heavy heart, we miss you.
