Giuseppe Foschi

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved papa, nonno, bisnonno, brother, zio, and friend. 

Giuseppe (Nello to all) passed away peacefully on February 26, 2025, at the age of 91.

Predeceased by his wife Marisa, and his sisters Anita and Erminia. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Patrizia (Gianni), Daniela (Marco), Roberta (Eugenio), Francesca (Mauro), and his son Marco.

Grandkids Paola, Nadia (Eddie), Melissa, Pamela, Nicole (Stefano), Damiano, Alessandro, Simone, Maia, Michela, Matteo, Asia and Giorgia. 

Great-grandkids Cristian, Aaliyah, Milana, Mattea, Romano, Luciano, and Darren, brother Aldo, as well as many nephews, nieces, and friends. 

Nello will be remembered for his love and passion for great cuisine. He never turned down a good plate of fettuccine, his love for the outdoors especially fishing (he never understood the meaning of catch and release), and most importantly his love and devotion for his family.

Our Family would like to thank Dania Home for the care of papa in his final months.

Public viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Kearney Burnaby Chapel 4715 Hastings Street, Burnaby.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Monday, March 10, 2025, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church 525 South Slocan Street, Vancouver. Family and friends may view Giuseppe’s Funeral Mass online at https://www.legacystreaming.com/kearney/
