Elizabeth Norvena Marie Lyle April 17, 1958 - March 27, 2025The family is sad to announce the passing of Elizabeth Norvena Marie Lyle. Norvena passed away peacefully on March 27th, 2025, at 66 years of age while residing in Chilliwack, BC.Norvena was a very charismatic, generous, kind & loving woman and was always up for an adventure. She was passionate about her work as a 9-1-1 dispatcher with the New Westminster Police Department. Norvena loved to tell stories of the job but more than that she loved the members she worked with. Norvena was dedicated to her family & friends where she supported and loved everyone unconditionally. Whether it be at school functions, sports games, or taking family on vacations, Norvena always made family a priority. Norvena will be remembered always by her children Jonathan (Jennifer), Stephen (Ashley), and Andrew; and her 6 Grandchildren Cayden, Charlotte, Hannah, Roehn, Slater, and Hollis. She is predeceased by her Father Jimmy (1999) & Mother Sylvia (2021), Sister in-law Cathy (1999), Sister Heather (2018), and Brother James ‘Gord’ (2019).Norvena will be missed by all who knew and loved her.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2025 @ 11a.m. Service will be at Kearney’s Columbia-Bowell Chapel, 219 6th St. in New Westminster with refreshments to follow in reception area.
