Douglas died peacefully on October 29, 2016 in Vancouver at the age of 67.

Doug was a man who brought smiles and laughter to many people throughout his life.

He will be lovingly remembered, and sadly missed, by his wife Francelle, daughter Shannon (Jesse Arlitt), sons Eric and Michael, and many family members and friends.
