David Michael Thomas lived in Surrey, British Columbia. He died peacefully on Monday, September 24th, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Deirdre Mary Thomas and three daughters: Sueann Mary Zore (Wayne & Ethan Montgomery), Denise Yvonne Thomas (Matlere Paul Theko) and Christine Pauline Macmillan (Allan, Maxwell & Quinn Macmillan) and neice Trish Lowis Smith (Robert Smith), nephew, Robert Thomas and the entire Rynehart family.  David was a chef, Knight of Columbus and, St. Vincent de Paul member.  He will be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, compassion, love of nature and helping people. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018 at 10 a.m. at St. Matthew's Parish at 16079 88 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. and burial service to follow at Gardens of Gethsemani at 1:30 p.m.
