Lifelong West Vancouver resident - Captain David Petrie Sinclair born April 27, 1927 passed away suddenly at Lions Gate Hospital on August 30, 2008. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Vicki. Following the tradition of his family's love for the sea, Dave served as a captain on the West Coast for over 40 years. For the last 20 years of his career he was employed by the Federal Fisheries Department.
Dave will be forever remembered and loved by his best friend and surrogate daughter Bonnie Lilley, his faithful dog Robbie and numerous wonderful and caring friends.
An open house in Dave's honour will be held at 2460 Mathers Avenue, West Vancouver on October 19, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.. Please join us and bring your stories to help us celebrate this wonderful man's life.
