Harke, Cyril(Cy)James

Born November 26, 1921 in New Sarepta Alberta, Cy passed away peacefully at George Derby Centre on December 18, 2013 at the age of 92.  He was predeceased by 8 brothers and a sister.  He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 67 years, Martha, daughter Heather(Larry), son Greg(Carol), sister Bonnie Brenner(Larry), sister-in-law Frieda Harke plus numerous nephews, nieces and friends.  Cy was quiet, reserved, generous, kind-hearted with a loving nature.  Special thanks to all of the caring staff on Lower North at George Derby Centre.  A memorial service will be held at Columbia-Bowell Chapel on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 1:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
