It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Carmela.
Predeceased by her husband Antonio, she will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Nick (Karen), Libero (Arlaena), Emilio and daughters Luisa, Rosetta (Shawn); grandchildren Angelica, Nicholas, Antonio, Sabrina, Kristyna (Luke), Katerina (Evan), Olivia, Anthony; great-grandchildren Aleena, Theo; sisters Italia, Graziella; sister-in-law Maddalena and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A kind, caring and loving woman, she will remain in our hearts forever. Mom had a special unique bond with each of her five children, and memories of those relationships will always be cherished.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Cross Parish, Burnaby. Entombment to follow in the South Mausoleum at Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
