Anthony Stewart Broadhead Syskakis

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin, and dear friend, Anthony Syskakis, who left us far too soon on March 28, 2025, at the age of 14.

Anthony was a kind and thoughtful young man with a gentle soul. He had a deep love for music, especially playing his guitar, and his quiet nature brought comfort and joy to those around him. His presence was a light in the lives of many, and his kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.

Anthony is survived by his father, Chris; his grandparents Rose, May, and Kostas; his uncles, Stewart and Tony; as well as his many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A viewing to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Kearny Funeral Services (450 West 2nd Ave, Vancouver, BC, V5Y 1E2) from 1:15 pm to 3:00 pm. All who wish to say goodbye to Anthony are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation in Anthony’s memory.
