Anna passed away peacefully on her 56th birthday at home in North Vancouver, while holding the hands of her family, after a two-year fight with pancreatic cancer. She was a loving wife to her husband, Ernest, for 29 years and will be remembered for her devotion and unconditional love to her son, Philip. She is survived by her cherished parents, Ting Chor and Siu Lun; her sisters, Annie, Kitty, Yvonne, Maggie; and brother, Gary, as well as many nieces and nephews with whom her memory will never be forgotten.

Anna was born and raised in Hong Kong before she immigrated to Canada. She worked for nearly two decades at Lynn Valley Centre, where she loved serving and caring for her customers. Anna's beautiful smile warmed the hearts of everyone around her. She was much loved for her unfailing cheerfulness and kindness. She will also be missed for her generosity, positivity, courage and vibrant love of life. Anna's life centered on her family. They treasured her and loved her profoundly.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Andrew Cheng, the Lions Gate Hospital chemotherapy clinic, the B.C. Cancer Agency and the North Shore home care nursing and palliative care teams. Thank you also to her wonderful friends, neighbours and brothers and sisters in Christ that kept in touch, visited her and prayed for her.
