We from the PLOT Sharing Garden in Newton would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family of Lina Moser. She was loved well by the garden community. Here is a little post from our Sharing Garden Facebook page remembering your Michelina. "We are saddened to announce that the PLOT has lost one of it's community Matriarchs. Lina Moser who has been with us from the early days at the PLOT garden.Lina passed away in her sleep early today, January 4 2018. This friendly and feisty woman always added her special bit of positive and lively spice to the many conversations at our pot lucks and plot gatherings! If you were one of the lucky ones, you would have been gifted with Lina singing Happy Birthday to you in Italian over some thickly iced cake she had brought along with her in her brightly colored shopping cart! Thank you Lina for the seeds of community you planted among us! You will be missed. The PLOT community will have a special gathering at the PLOT garden in your honour when spring again unfolds its wings! We know you will be there with us!"

We will always remember the strength and generosity of Lina at the PLOT Sharing Garden in Newton. Lina always came with a jovial spirit, a warm smile, a no-nonsense approach, and wonderful food to share with all on Sundays at the PLOT. We am so happy that we got to know her, and will treasure our memories of good times together. Lina will be sorely missed.
