Obituary

Elsie Mary Valcic (nee Boskovich) born in Vancouver B.C. left us peacefully on June 1st, 2018. She is predeceased by her mother Palmina, father Joseph and brother Kruno. She is survived by her husband of 66 years Walter, daughters Lydia (Subra) & Pamela, grandson Vincent and brother Joseph (Christina), nieces and nephews Patricia, Elizabeth, Carmine, Michael, Joseph and Paul. She has numerous grand nephews & nieces and cousins in Vancouver, Croatia and California.
She was a loyal, kind and patient woman devoted to her family.
At Elsie’s request there will be a private family celebration of her life.
A special thank you to the wonderful team at the VGH Neurological Critical Care Unit.

Elisie was a beautiful peaceful, kind and loving woman. I will always remember her young and beautiful like I saw her first time in Croatia 45 years ago. May you rest in peace Elsie

To the Valcic and Boskovich families

We are very saddened to learn of the passing of Elsie Valcic. She was an energetic and close friend of our parents and we can still remember the smiles, laughter and fun generated from this kind and sociable lady. We are comforted to know that she has a loyal and devoted family to remember her and we would like to add our own heartfelt condolences and sympathy. May she rest in peace.
